Mr. Ji min (Peter) Shin is a seasoned immigration attorney with expertise in handling both non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions/applications for clients hailing from all corners of the world. After completing his legal education at Columbia Law School in 2018, Peter embarked on his dedicated career in the field of immigration law. He has worked at both small immigration boutique firms and big firm to represent the immigration-related interests of  individuals, small businesses, and global conglomerates, bringing success to clients from different industries such as fashion, graphic design, music, fine art, TV/movies, finance, engineering, business and many more. His comprehensive understanding of the nuances of immigration law allows him to tailor solutions that align with the specific needs of each client. 

Peter is an active member of the New York State Bar and American Immigration Attorneys Association (AILA). He is a native Korean speaker and is a huge fan of baseball and e-sports.
