On December 27, 2023, USCIS announced that it would increase Form I-907 premium processing fee increase to adjust inflation. USCIS will increase premium processing fees from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805. The fee change will go into effect on February 26, 2024.
